HAPPY NEW YEAR!! from all at Priory and welcome to the 2012 seasonWe would just like to inform you that the schedule will be out very soon with a few differences such as more classes for children as requested by our members - thanks to those of you who attended the AGM and everyone who gave us feedback and suggestions. It was a great night and good to know that we have your valued support
This year we have had to put our entry and mambership charges up due to rising costs but we have kept them as low as we can so that you can still enter lots of classes!!
Membership is now senior £10, Junior £8 and family £25
class entries will now be £5 per class for members and £7 per class for non members
NEW YEAR OFFER (open to all previous members) - we have decided that to reward your loyalty to the club we would like to give you a bargain. If you join as members before the 1st April 2012 then you can join at 2011 prices which were £8 senior, £6 Junior and £22 family
Please contact us to join ahead of the season
NOTICE:We would like to clarify any confusion as to the two equestrian organisations operating at Priory Farm. We are Priory Farm Riding Club and are not connected with Priory Equestrian Centre in any way. For all details of
our events please use our website or see a copy of our schedule (PFRC) or alternatively use the contact us page on the left.
If you want any info on Priory Equestrian Centre then please contact them direct - many thanks
If anyone would like to help us out at all you will not have to join commitees or anything like that and if you can only help at one event that will be fine - just make yourself known to us!
We will be running qualifiers for Midarc and Beaver Hall, relevant show dates will be identified on the schedule and events when confirmed
PRIORY RIDING CLUB
We are a friendly informal riding club, situated at Priory Farm, Blithbury by the kind permission of Anne Marie Myatt and James who own the land. The farm is set in 320 acres of staffordshire farmland and we pride ourselves in our committment to ensure that all our members whether young, not so young, very novice or experienced are catered for. This means that a good day out can be enjoyed by everyone when attending our events.
We focus on in-hand and ridden showing, working hunter and showjumping classes and are affiliated with Midarc and whilst maintaining an informal attitude members can qualify for the Midarc championships held twice a year if they wish to take their interest further
All classes are judged by Midarc approved qualified judges whose support is invaluable to the club and its members
Priory riding club is non profit making and all monies raised over the season are used to maintain and improve the club for our members
Hope to see you at our shows this season
